Pool Party & Tasting Menu El Pavo Real

Ready for some fun? ExperienceSMA has been invited to create an experience in partnership with El Pavo Real, and it will definitely impress! Did you know El Pavo Real means peacock?  Surrounded by mountains just 15-20 min from SMA you will need enjoy a relaxing day amongst new and old friends.

What: Summer tasting menu and Pool party

We have created a unique event just for ExperienceSMA guests. Greeted when we arrive with house-curated sparking wine (optional lavender lemonade) and a short tour of the venue.   We will be served a tasting menu:

– Spinach Arugula Salad with Grilled Beets & Champagne Vinaigrette

– Squash Blossom Quesadillas with Blue Corn Tortillas, Verdolagas & chilled Cucumber Soup

– “Baja Style” Fish or Veggie tacos with chipotle creme and mango Mexican

– Chocolate mousse delight

* Vegan available too
* optional Mexican wine pairing too at additional 400 pesos

Enjoy the entire grounds to socialize poolside, swim, jacuzzi, play games in the shade of the lounge, play billiards in the cava, board games, and cornhole.  Swing in the hanging chairs to enjoy the peace of El Pavo Real with new and old friends.

Enjoy additional pesos custom margaritas, Mexican wines, and custom house mixed drinks poolside. 160 pesos each

800 + gratuity –  per guest includes meal, activities and pool swimming & hottub

*Taxi can be costly as it is 20 min out of town.   We have negotiated a service for 600 roundtrip with up to 4 guests included.  Meet at Mercado Sano at 12:30 if you want to enjoy the discount service.  Let Kat know asap if you want to use the group Taxi so we have enough drivers.
