🌿 Friends, your last Friday in June just got a whole lot more deliciosa. 🦋

We’re gathering at a private home here in SMA for a Farm to Table Summer lunch. And yes, everything on the menu is vegan AND gluten free. (No sad salads. Promesa.)

We’re talking:

~ Magic Butterfly Tea to welcome you

~ Chilled Avocado Mousse served in a shot glass (fancy & fun)

~ Silky Mint Cucumber Soup that will make you forget it’s hot outside

~ Crustless Summer Vegetable Tart with herbed quinoa

~ Melon & Berry Salad served family style, because sharing is caring

And the grand finale: Mexican Chocolate Bark with hibiscus, chili, pepitas & cinnamon, served whole at the table with a cacao mallet. You get to smash it. You’re welcome. Plus the cacao mallet is a gift for you. 🦋

Let’s talk about smashing chocolate treats with a mallet for a second. Some people do therapy. Some people smash chocolate at a community table in San Miguel. Both are valid. ❤️

Lunch is 450 pesos plus gratuity. Wine is available and extra. Just saying.
