In addition to this special summer sample menu,

Amuse bouche- Arancini

First course: Strips of fresh salmon from Norway cured with beetroot and vodka
Veggie option: Carpacho de alcachofa y hongos

Second course: Artichoke and mushroom carpaccio Ravioli hecho en casa de corazones de alcachofa “burro e salvia” Homemade artichoke ravioli “burro e salvia”

Third course: Tenderloin of organic pork on a plum port wine sauce with puree of roasted cauliflower Veggie option: Marinated Cauliflower steak with fondant topped with ragu of mushrooms

Dessert: Chef Marco is preparing something special !
