DESCRIPTION:Ready for a once-in-a-lifetime San Miguel de Allende Dining Experience?  Join us as owner & chef\, ​Marco Massarotti of Casa Nostra\, invites us into his private villa as he prepares a masterful meal.  Each course will be perfectly paired with a delightful wine selection.  Stroll through his campo ranch on the lake before the meal\, enjoy the sunset accompanied by a pianist\, and relax in the splendor of Mexico.   Seating is limited to 12 guests.  Since his villa is just outside San Miguel\, we encourage using our private driver.  The dining experience will be approximately 4 to 4.5 hours. \nMonday April 8th  4PM \n***Private driver service to the location will be available as it is difficult to locate.  Info once you RSVP. \nThe Summer Celebration Menu \n\n​Amuse Bouche –\nTuille of Grana Padano with a mousse of eggplant\nNapoleon of Roquefort with chutney of caramelized figs and foie gras \n\nPaired with Muscatel Los Remedios\, San Miguel de Allende\n\n\n“Pasta Roses” filled with salmon and served with a reduction of Langoustine and sherry and served with its tail\n\nPaired with Nido de Abeja\, Primitivo\, Baja California 90 GP\n\n\n“Lollipops” of French lamb on a mash infused with rosemary and roasted vegetables\n\nServed with Cabernet Franc\, Los Remedios\, San Miguel Gold Medall Bruxelles 2022\n\n\nMeringue filled with Kumquat mousse with a touch of Grand Marnier port wine\, roasted almonds with touch of thyme\n\n  \nSince this is such a splendid offering\, we are presenting the experience at 2000 pesos per person plus gratuity. \nplease only RSVP if you are sure you will attend.  It will be a night to remember!
