Join certified Federally accredited tour guide / teacher / award winning storyteller Vail Kristina Smerlinder Suárez as she leads us on a tour to learn about the women’s collaborative and class on how artisanal herbal products are made. Enjoy a demonstration of herbs & plant uses for both medicinal & beauty\, traditional local fare lunch (vegetarian options ) and the opportunity to buy natural products directly from the women who make them. Followed by a sacred temazcal (sweat lodge )\, a cleansing ceremony\, herbal tea and short massage to relax further. Learn about life in the Mexican countryside in prehispanic\, colonial and modern times\, while supporting a local women´s economy\, and finish the day feeling purified and relaxed.\nWe leave at 10am from Mercado Sano and return by 3pm.\nWear good walking shoes\, a hat and bring swimsuit/towel.\nThis is a very limited offering with 5 seats remaining.
