– “ La cabra roja”, popeye salad topped with slightly melted goat cheese on a beetroot and cranberry vinaigrette
– Tagliatelle with fresh Porcini mushrooms, with touches of garlic, onion, white wine, cream and fresh parsley
– “Delicia de Higos”, figs slightly flambé with port wine on top of vanilla ice cream, roasted almonds and touches of fresh thyme
